Domestic Violence

One-on-One Substance Use Disorder Sessions:

Junior you may not want to go into a treatment setting because you don’t think you are that bad in your substance use. Why not work with a substance use counselor since it’s your desire to get better and stop using completely. This may be your scenario; we have the right support for you.

Alcohol / Drug Assessment

We use a comprehensive biopsychosocial screening and assessment tool for alcohol and drug misuse. Helping the client to identify the best level of care is advisable.

Anger Tips

Do you find yourself saying words to loved ones and others before you have thought them through, something said in the heat of the moment you'll later regret? Give yourself short breaks, these days we call them “timeouts” Use "I" statements to describe the problem. Be respectful and specific.
